Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Inspired Automations (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Return on Investment (ROI) Duration
Inspired Automation has achieved a 100% ROI within 6 months for 86% of our stores. However, the duration may extend to 8 to 9 months in certain cases.
We are committed to assisting you in achieving 100% ROI within this extended timeframe.
Capital Requirement
- A minimum capital of $1000 is required for smooth operations on your e-commerce store. If your provided credit/debit card consistently declines, and no capital is provided within 3 days, the 6-month ROI period will reset from day.
- Debit card denials may pose a risk to your account, potentially leading to account suspension. Inspired Automations will not be held accountable in such instances.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and passwords.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on Inspired Automations, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Inspired Automations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User Content
By submitting content to Inspired Automations, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
Refund Conditions
Inspired Automations guarantees a refund of all your capital if we fail to generate sales within 15 to 30 days.
Market Fluctuations and Account Risks
- E-commerce is subject to market fluctuations, and there is a risk of deactivation, account suspension, or termination. In such cases, Inspired Automations will relocate your business to a new store or platform at no additional cost. No refunds will be provided in the event of deactivation, account suspension, or termination.
- After renewing your account, in the case of suspension, the 6-month ROI completion will restart from the beginning.
Termination of Contract
Any behavior that may offend any member of the Inspired Automations team will result in the termination of the contract. Inspired Automations will cease all operations on your store in such instances.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and confidential information obtained during the term of this Agreement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the last update will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Our Jurisdiction
